The new patch does add to the Sandbox obtions. There is a rival gang but in two hours I never saw any real interactions. They took over one of my Bookmaking operations but the program simply told me that they had. Omerta Code: Tycoon: Available. English: TBA: 18+ Omerta ~Chinmoku no Okite~ (patch).
JJ is captured. The kidnappers asked him where did he hide the switch. He could not remember anything. The only thing that he could remember is his most important person. Now he needs to escape and meet his important person side and retrieve his memories back. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE, WHEN AND AFTER PLAYING THE GAME -BEFORE- You are playing as JJ (voiced by Iida Toshinobu).
You'll be playing 26 + 4 endings, 3 for Luca, 4 for Kiryuu, 3 for Toudou, 3 for Tachibana, 3 for Azusa, 3 for Ugajin and 3 for Liu. There are 4 type of endings, Good, Bad, Sad and Dead.
Good ending have a credit rolling with an ED song playing. Bad ending have the credit rolling with the instrumental version of the ED song.
Dead ending have a short credit rolling. Sad ending have no differences with Bad ending one. -WHEN- You can't save during the choice options. In the prologue, while being questioned by the kidnapper, this will show up. Just like in the first game, red X shows the particular character is dead, bullet holes shows which character route you are playing, and 3 bullet holes shows MAXIMUM AFFECTION, GOOD END GUARANTEED. After you finished playing all 7 characters, you'll unlock Tiger.
Can be choose by restart the game and there'll be a new choice. Have 4 endings. And I like to point out that everyone is blushing. -AFTER- Some routes will unlock a new extra story under Extra menu. I'll talk about it in another separate post.

♣ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE, WHEN AND AFTER PLAYING THE GAME -BEFORE - You are playing as JJ (voiced by Iida Toshinobu). You'll be playing for 23 endings; 2 for Tachibana, 3 for Toudou (or Master, what JJ always call him), 4 for Azunyan Azusa, 3 for Kiryuu, 3 for Luca, 5 for Ugajin and 3 for Liu.
/pants Right, for the endings, there are 4 types of endings that is GOOD, BAD, DEAD and SAD ending. 2 secret endings available after playing all the characters. Good ending have a credit rolling with an ED song playing. Bad ending have the credit rolling with the instrumental version of the ED song.
Dead ending have a short credit rolling. Sad ending have no differences with Bad ending one. -WHEN- LOTS OF SLOTS TO FILL. Use it well with saving the choices. When you right-click when you are playing the game, you'll be having a 'STATUS' option. 
What is it for? I think it's to determining what character routes you are playing. That's the status option.
The characters with bullet shots marks the character route you're playing on. While the characters with a red Xmarks the dead characters on your route.
Btw, this status never happen. -AFTER- The EXTRA option are available with a graphic (CG), scene (you-know-what's-in-there), items (I don't know what's for) and 'Another' and 'Ground' epilogues. To tell you the truth, the epilogues are the secret endings. Oops, no more secrets;o Right! Now it's time for the walkthrough!

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is JJ talking to the head of guerilla of Africa. He asks like 'are you ready?' Something something. By answering 'yes', you'll be asks for 4 more questions. THIS ONE HAVE A DEFINITE ANSWER. You cannot change the fate buahuahahahahha. Happens when Azusa annoys JJ a little bit too much.
Choices are like what you want to do with Azusa for punishment or something. Answer 'let's do something' draws to to another option on what method of punishment. Toudou (Master) wants to hug JJ for a comfort(?) or something. Don't understand a thing. Btw, USELESS. By these, I already make a guideline on how to make choice for these uselessness choices. Let's get down to the business!
Fate Extra Ccc English Patch
This choice happens when Toudou (Master) asks JJ whether he interested working with King Caesar or not. THE TURNING POINT OF EVERYTHING SO HIGHLY IMPORTANT.
First, what will happen when JJ says not interested with mafia and that kind of stuff? It's TACHIBANA, AZUSA AND TOUDOU TIME! ♣Tachibana Youji (voiced by Ono Yuuki) Killer with Kansai slang, ready to boil your anger with cuteness!
Have 2 endings; 1 bad and 1 good. The only important choice or so I thought.
Under the Dragon Head HQ, ready to go inside, blah blah blah. Let's choose. GOOD AZUSA END (alive after shot each other, DH was trampled, happy ever after) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So! If you accepts Toudou's offer, what are you going to play?
KIRYUU AND LUCA YEAH! ♣Kiryuu Reiji (voiced by Kondo Takashi) King Caesar's executive or something and extremely loyal to Luca. Sounds like Gokudera and Squalo, aye? Look tough ( he IS!) but soft inside ( he IS!). Have 3 endings; 1 bad, 1 dead and 1 good. JJ enters King Caesar, Kiryuu is Q&A with him about his loyalty.
Luca, the boss asks to do something with JJ. One choice will be Luca's route and the other one will be Kiryuu's route.
Fighting with Dragin Head. Kiryuu helds JJ's hand and didn't let go.
